Checkin & Checkout
Check-in time is 2pm. In case of arrival before 2pm and after 4pm, the room will be subject to availability unless guaranteed. If check-in is before 8am, previous night will be charged.
Check out time is 12pm noon. 50% of room rent will be charged in case of late check-out. After 6pm, full rent will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
Confirmed reservations can be cancelled/amended at least 48 hours prior to arrival, in order to avoid one night cancellation charges. In case of NO SHOW, first night will be charged 100% upon agreed room rates.
In case of roadblock or flight cancellation, no charges will be applied, and the advance payment will be refunded in 10-15 working days. The client must provide the proof via email.
Terms & Conditions
The above room rates are subject to government taxes. For confirmation of reservations, 50% advance will be required. All the transactions shall be made online.
All non-guaranteed reservations will be held on a tentative basis unless guaranteed by valid credit card/company letter or an advance deposit.
Extra Mattresses will be provided on demand on a separate charge.
25% discount on all rooms will be applied in off-season.
House Rules
Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited. Guests are requested to smoke in the open areas, such as lawn and parking.
Breakfast will be served between 8am to 11am. The Kitchen will be closed between 11.30pm to 8am.
All the guests are requested to return the room key at the reception at check-out.
The Hotel and its management will not be held responsible in case of any loss or damage to the valuable items of guests.

Location & Nearby Attractions
Signature Skardu Hotel is located in the heart of Skardu, which is accessible from all nearby tourist locations. It is strategically located off the main road, to provide privacy to the its guests, and also to avoid the noise from traffic.
Nearby Restaurants
Shahi Deewan is one of the famous restaurants in Skardu, on the main bazaar road. It is much recommended for its ambiance and food taste.
Shinwari is also located on the main bazaar road, and everyone should visit for its Kabuli Pulao and Chapli Kabab.
Sight Seeing near Hotel
Katpana Cold Desert is only 10 minutes drive from the hotel.
Kachura Valley and Lakes are located at only 30 minutes drive.
Kuwardo Bridge, the oldest and longest wooden bridge of Skardu, still in good condition, connecting people across Indus River.
Kharpocho Fort, an ancient architecture from 16th century, one can view the entire Skardu city from the top.
Hussainabad Waterfall, a hidden gem that not many people have seen yet, is only 45 minutes drive away.
Jamia Mosque Skardu, a beautiful blue colored mosque.
Skardu Municipal Library and Tower, which also serves as the landmark of Skardu. Along this, a beautiful polo ground is situated which fills up with spectators whenever there is a match, be of polo or football.

Hiking Spots
Nangsoq Village – the First Organic Village where the living style of its inhabitants is still the same as of the vintage traditional style. Their households are organic with very less use of machines and artificial products. A full day is required to visit the place. The easy 45 to 60 minutes hike along the Indus river, with splendid natural views and of Skardu city, is worthy enough to be on your bucket list.
Kharpocho Fort – A testament to the strength of the people of Baltistan, it stands at a height of nearly 1,400 metres above the city. It is an ancient architecture, where the entire Skardu city can be seen from. Upward hike is a bit steep and difficult for the beginners, takes around 45 minutes to reach at the top.
Marsur Rock – a rock 38 ft long and 25 ft projected horizontally out of the base, and gives you a bird eye view of Skardu, Indus river and Himalayas. It takes up to 4 hours uphill hiking from village Hussainabad Skardu to reach there. It is recommended to take a local person or guide along. The shape of the rock resembles to the Trolltunga rock in Norway.
Day Trips
Following are the day trips which you can take from Skardu, leaving in the morning and return back by sunset.
– Deosai Plains – the second highest plains in the world, the main source of electricity Sadpara Lake and Dam on the way, Manthal Budha Rock, Sheosar Lake at the top of plains, you will have a day full of sightseeing.
– Kachura & Soq Valley – both are only 45 minutes drive from hotel, the world famous heart shaped Kachura Lake or Shangrilla Lake, Upper Kachura Lake and Soq valley are the points where you can see some splendid natural views and enjoy the calmness. Trout Fish is a must to taste at Soq Valley along the stream.
– Nangsoq Organic Village & Kharpocho Fort, can be done in one day, and it is much recommended for people who like hiking.
– Shigar District – it is only at one hour drive from Skardu, where you can visit Shigar Fort, Zharba Tso or The Blind Lake, and The famous Sarfaranga Cold Desert.
– Manthoka Waterfall – is in Kharmang District and it takes up to 2.5 hours to reach there by car. It is an attractive man-made waterfall and famous amongst domestic tourists.
– Khaplu Fort & Chaqchan Mosque – are in Ghanche district and are 3 hours drive away from Skardu city. The route is absolutely a scenic one, along the aqua-colored Shyok river. Khaplu Fort was built in the year 1840 and served as a royal residence. Now it has been converted into a boutique hotel and operated by Serena Hotels. Khaplu Valley also has another significant Landmark, the Chaqchan mosque which is the oldest wooden mosque and marks the start of religion Islam in the area.

I absolutely loved the hotel. Service was very personal and efficient. Room was comfortable with two Queen size beds. Bathroom had a bath-tub which I gladly used. I would happily stay here again. Many thanks everyone that served me. Cheers!
